Jesus Pahhty.
our commission.

It would have sucked if the extent of Jesus’ outreach was simply praying, “God reveal yourself to this person! Give this person a revelation your love!”

Jesus didn’t do that because He was a son. The implication of being a son is that you are completely empowered to be like your Father. Jesus was so confident in his maturity as a son that He even went to say, “If you’ve seen me, you’ve seen my Dad” (John 14:9).

I live to build and equip the church so that we can confidently tell the world, by the way we live, “if you see my life, you’ll have an encounter with God.”

God’s plan was that we would ambassadors that re-present Him, to be like Jesus, to be living epistles that would be read by all, lights set on a hill that show the Way for those who are lost in the dark, to become hope for those who have lost it, to be salt that preserves people who are decaying in their ways of thinking, to be good-news bringers to a world that is plagued with death, loss, and destruction.

…knowing that was a massive assignment, our Dad gave us all the equipment, tools, a Helper to teach us how to go about doing it, and a Comforter to remind us Who we’re with…

I dare you to live it.
I dare you to become hope to everyone who has lost it.
I dare you to become love to everyone that is dying for it.
I dare you to be healing for those who are dying.
I dare you to embody & become the message that Someone came 2000 years ago to bring and said, “Freely you’ve received, freely give… As the Father sent me, I send you.”
I dare you to become someone’s encounter with God.
